We want you and your little ones to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return most new, unassembled items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original, unassembled condition and was purchased directly from the Little Tikes official website within the last 30 days.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Return Portal with your order number and zip code to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the product in its original box, clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package, and drop it off at an authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, typically within 7 to 10 business days.
